Pronto is a web-based platform, accessible through your standard browser.
We recommend using Chrome for the best experience, but the latest versions of Firefox and Microsoft Edge also work well.
Login URL
You’ll find your unique Login URL in your New User Email. Bookmark it for easy access.
Login Options
There are two main ways to log in:
- Login with SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Login with Pronto user credentials
If both options are available, you’ll see two buttons on the login screen.
- Use the SSO login (with your company logo) if you have corporate login credentials
- Use the Pronto logo button if you’re a client, vendor, or don’t have SSO accesss. (Eg: Client or Vendor Users.)
SSO Login
Click the company logo button to log in with your corporate credentials.
You’ll be redirected to your company’s secure SSO login page.
- Your username is typically: Firstname.Lastname
- Your password is the same one you use for your work computer, Outlook, etc.
Note: Your Pronto password won’t work here — SSO login uses your corporate credentials only.
Note: Your Corporate SSO Password is Different to your Pronto User Account Password which you would have received via the New User Email.
Your Pronto Password will not work for SSO Login.
Pronto User Login
If you’re logging in with your Pronto User Credentials (sent in your New User Email):
- Click the Pronto logo button
- Enter your email address and Pronto password
You’ll land directly in the system with access to the tools and projects you’ve been assigned.
Password Reset
If you have lost your Pronto Password, or never received the New User Email for some reason, you can request a Password Reset following the instructions here: Lost Password / Password Reset
Note: The Pronto Password Reset function will only reset your Pronto User Account Password – it will not reset your Corporate SSO Password.
If you need to reset your Corporate SSO password, please contact your IT Department.
