24/7 Global Helpdesk

Need more help? The Pronto Helpdesk is available 24/7 to assist with technical issues, access problems, and anything else system-related.

You can raise a support ticket by:

  • Using the Support Form in the Pronto menu
  • Asking the Chatbot to escalate your issue
  • Or sending an email to pronto.support@havas.com

Once submitted, the team will respond via your ticket to resolve the issue directly.
