Pronto makes it easy to track Timesheets and manage PTO (Paid Time Off) — all in one place.
Timesheets help you record effort on each Project, so you can keep an eye on time, cost, and profitability.
PTO requests streamline leave management for holidays, sick days, and other time off — with built-in approvals and visibility.

It remembers what you’ve been working on, week to week, and comes pre-loaded with your Default Roles and Projects — so logging time is quick and easy.
Automated Timesheet Reminders
Timesheet reminders
We get it — no one wants to spend more time on timesheets than they have to. That’s why the Pronto Timesheet Tool is built for speed and simplicity.
But sometimes, people forget.
To help with that, Pronto includes a smart Timesheet Reminder System.
Each Office can set its own rules for how often timesheets should be completed — and if someone falls behind, the system can even lock access until they’re up to date.
Gentle nudges. Firm follow-through.
Pronto includes a built-in PTO (Paid Time Off) system — fully integrated with your Timesheets and Resource Planner.
When someone needs time off, they simply submit a PTO request in Pronto. It’s automatically routed to their Timesheet Supervisor or Finance Manager for approval.
Throughout the year, users can easily check their requests and see how many PTO days they’ve taken.
Clear, simple, and all in one place.
Timesheet Review and Approvals
Once Timesheets are submitted in Pronto, they’re ready for Review and Approval.
By default, they auto-approve after 48 hours — but each Office can set its own rules, including instant approval on submission if preferred.
Timesheet Supervisors get dedicated tools to review and approve time, week by week — making oversight easy and efficient.
Timesheets integrated with Resource Planner
Smart timesheet pre-fill with resource planner
If your office uses the Resource Planner, your Resource Bookings will auto-load into your Timesheet.
That means less manual entry — just review your bookings, make any tweaks, and submit.
Weekly (or even daily) timesheets become a breeze.
