Where to find Starred Items

There are two ways to access your starred items:

1. Your five most recently accessed starred items can be found in the top navigation menu. Click the starred icon in the top navigation bar to see your top five recently accessed starred items (ordered by Last Accessed, newest first).
   

What you’ll see

• Object icon (Dashboard, Project, Task, File, Review, Report, Timeline, Plan)
• Title link to open the item
• Star icon to quickly unstar/star
• View All Starred Items link at the bottom

2. To see all starred items, select view all starred items from the top navigation dropdown. This opens the starred items landing page

The landing page lists everything you’ve starred, grouped by type:

• Projects
• Tasks
• Files
• Timelines
• Plans
• Reviews
• Reports
  

From here you can:

• Search to filter your list quickly
• Click open to go straight to the item
• Unstar items directly from the list
• Use the left navigation to browse by object type
