Using Resource Scheduler

Who can see the Resource Scheduler?

When you open the Resource Scheduler, you’ll see all bookable users in the office(s) you have access to.

Which Projects can I see in the Scheduler

Project visibility also depends on your access level:

Access levelProjects visible
Invite OnlyAll active projects where you’re a member of the project team
Local AdminAll active projects in your primary and additional offices
Network AdminAll active projects in your network and any accessible external offices
SuperuserAll active projects

Using the Resource Scheduler

The scheduler is built for flexibility and visibility.

Key features:

  • Click and drag on a user row to create a booking
  • Bookings display:
    • Job title
    • Hours per day
  • Hover for more info — uses your regional date format

Main Navigation Bar:

  • Group By – various views grouped by individuals, utilization, project, department, role, or office
  • Create Booking button
  • Expand all/Collapse all arrows – allowing to expand, or collapse the grouped rows
  • Filters
  • Date navigation (calendar icon)
  • When opened, the view defaults to current week + 3 weeks ahead
  • Zoom levels – Days, Weeks, Months and Quarters
  • Export

Columns and grouping:

  • Right-click column headers to:
    • Add columns (e.g. role, department, office)
    • Sort or group your view
