Pronto Reviews gives you a structured way to manage feedback and approvals over multiple Rounds — all tied to a single Asset or Deliverable.
Review Structure
Review > Rounds
- A Review can include multiple Rounds of feedback
- Each Round can include one or more Assets or URLs
- Each Round may use a different Version of the document or link
- Rounds can be tagged as Internal or External, and marked as Planned or Unplanned (for reporting)
- Each Round ends with a Decision:
- Approved
- Not Approved
- Approved with Changes
Round > Stages
- Each Round includes at least one Stage
- Stages let you control the sequence of feedback
- Each Stage can have its own Reviewers and Decision Rules
- Each Stage reaches its own Decision, independent of others
- Helpful for layering internal reviews before external feedback, or setting different approval criteria for different groups
Stage > Reviewers
- A Stage can have one or more Reviewers
- Each Reviewer has specific Permissions:
- Comment
- Make Decision
- Manage Review
- Reviewers are automatically notified when it’s their turn to give feedback or approve
