The Document Review Queue is your central hub for finding and managing all your Pronto Reviews.
Where to Access It
- Available by default in the Pronto Inbox for all users with View Reviews permissions
- Also available as a Widget on the Homepage Dashboard, Project Summary Dashboard, and anywhere that supports Pronto Widgets (like Portal Pages)
What You Can Do
- Filter to show:
- Reviews assigned to you for feedback
- Reviews you’ve created
- Click View Proof to open the latest version of the asset
- Check the full Review history and status
- Open the Review Details screen via the Actions menu (⋯)
If You’re a Review Manager
If you have Manage Review permissions, you’ll also see options to:
- Edit the Review
- Start a New Round
- Override Decisions
- Cancel the Review
- Notify Reviewers
