When you start a New Review, you’re actually kicking off the first Round of feedback.
You can start a Review from several places in Pronto:
- Inbox > Review Queue
- Homepage Dashboard > Review Queue
- Project Summary Page > Review Queue
- Project > Reviews tab
- Task > Create Review option
Wherever you are in the system, it’s easy to get your Review underway.
Example 1) Inbox > Review Queue > ‘Create New Review’
Go to Inbox > Review Queue

From the Pronto Inbox, go to the Reviews tab. You’ll see a Review Queue showing all Reviews currently assigned to you.
To start a new Review, click Create Review in the top-right corner.
This will open the Choose Project modal, where you’ll select the Project the Review belongs to.
Select the Project where the Review belongs

Every Review must belong to a Project — you can only select from existing ones.
In the modal pop-up, use the Project Search field to find and select the Project where your Review should live.
Example 2) Project > Task Detail > ‘Create New Review’
Open a Task

If a User has Create Review permissions, they’ll see a section in the Task Detail panel called Task Documents Under Review.
This section shows any Reviews already linked to the Task.
To start a new Review from here, click Create New Review in the top-right corner of that section.
Because the Task is already linked to a Project, you’ll skip the project selection step — and go straight to the Choose Asset modal.
