By default, new Wiki Pages are set to Standard Permissions.
This means the page will be visible to:
- All users invited to the Project, excluding Client, Vendor, and Supplier users
- Any Project Managers or Operations Users who have access to all projects within their local office
You can customise these permissions at any time to suit your needs.

Modifying the Standard Permissions
You can easily adjust a page’s visibility by modifying its Permission Profile.
For example, if you’re creating a page for high-level planning, you might choose to uncheck the default settings and limit access to just Project Managers.
Whether you want to restrict access or extend it to include more User Profiles, permissions are fully flexible — so the right people see the right information.

This page will now be visible only to users with the Project Manager role.
Alternatively, if you uncheck all options except “Me”, the page becomes your own private Wiki Page — visible only to you.
