Each Wiki Page in a Pronto Project can have its own access settings, giving you full control over who sees what.
By default, pages are visible to all users invited to the Project — excluding Client, Vendor, and Supplier users.
You can customise access to:
- Project Managers – for internal strategy notes
- All Project Users – for a shared team knowledge base
- Project Managers + Client Users – for confidential collaboration
- Only the Page Creator – for private notes
- A specific User Group – like Finance Managers
All Wiki Pages are searchable via Global Search — but only visible to users based on their permissions.
This gives you the flexibility to keep sensitive info secure while still sharing what matters with the right people.
