When a Project is created from a Template, Pronto automatically invites Users based on three rules:
- Any Groups invited to the Template
- Any Users assigned to Tasks in the Template
- Any Groups assigned to Tasks in the Template
The Group–Office Intersection Rule
When a Project is created from a Template, Pronto automatically invites Users based on three factors:
- Any Groups invited to the Template
- Any Users assigned to Tasks in the Template
- Any Groups assigned to Tasks in the Template
User Group to Office “Intersection” Rule
Pronto uses an “Intersection Rule” to decide which Users to invite from a Group:
Which Users are in the Group and also belong to the Office where the new Project is being created?
Only Users who meet both conditions will be added to the Project.
Example:
If the Template includes the Designers group and the Project is being created in the London Office, only Designers in the London Office will be invited to the Project.
This keeps your Project Team relevant and accurate.
