There are three ways a Project Template can be applied when creating a new Project in Pronto:
1. Project Wizard – User Choice
Users can manually select the most relevant Template based on the type of Project they’re creating.
2. Project Wizard – Office Default
An Office can be assigned a default Project Template in the Address Book. If set, this Template is auto-selected in the Project Wizard. (See the Address Book training module for details.)
3. Job Builder
Each Job Builder Form can be configured to use a specific Project Template by default — no user selection required.
