Financial Documents

Pronto supports three core finance document types:

  • Estimates
  • Purchase Orders
  • Invoices

These documents are created directly within Pronto and exist in two forms:

  1. Structured data – used for calculations and reporting in the Finance tab.
  2. PDF version – saved in the FINANCE folder within the Project’s Files tab.

The PDF can be shared like any other document and can also be assigned to an approval workflow.
