Your homepage is the first screen you’ll see every time you log in and is fully customisable. You can set any dashboard as your homepage from two places:
- From the Dashboards list, use the ellipsis (…) menu next to a dashboard and choose Set as My Homepage.
- From within a dashboard, open the Utility Bar and select Set as My Homepage.
When you set a dashboard as your homepage, you’ll see a confirmation message. From then on, clicking the Pronto logo in the top navigation — or logging in — will take you straight to that dashboard. The Utility Bar will show My Homepage when you’re viewing it.
Default Dashboards by Role
If you haven’t set a homepage, Pronto loads a default dashboard depending on your role:
- General User → Daily Summary Dashboard
- Operations User → Daily Summary Dashboard
- Project Manager → Project Manager Dashboard
- Account Manager → Account Manager Dashboard
- Client → Client Dashboard
- Vendor → Vendor Dashboard
- Finance Manager Group → Finance Manager Dashboard
Default dashboards are tied to your Permission Profile in the Address Book. If you’re mapped to the Finance Group, that overrides your Permission Profile and you’ll see the Finance Manager Dashboard. If you’re removed from the Finance Group, you’ll fall back to the default dashboard set by your Permission Profile.
