Understanding Master Clients, Brands and Products

Each project in Pronto links to a Product, which belongs to a Brand, which rolls up to a Master Client. The Master Client represents who the work is for, not necessarily who pays for it (the billing client).

Example structure:

Master Client → Brand → Product

The Brand Management Tool in Pronto enables agencies to manage access to existing brands and products, and to request the creation of new ones when needed. This process ensures that all client, brand, and product information remains consistent across Pronto and integrated finance systems such as Agresso.

Agencies can:

• Request access to existing brands or products.

• Request creation of new products under existing brands.

• Request creation of new brands & products under existing master clients.

• Request creation of an entirely new master client, brand, and product combination.

All requests follow an approval workflow to ensure accuracy and governance.
