The Global Worker feature in Pronto lets you share team members across offices while keeping your timesheets, billing, and project reporting clean.
You can always invite workers from other Offices into your Projects — especially handy for one-off collaborations or sharing data. But when someone from another Office starts logging time in a billable role, things get tricky.
By default, any time they log flows into the remote Project’s Office — which can create reporting or billing headaches if you need the hours to show up in their home Office’s reports (or vice versa).
Global Worker mode solves this by re-routing time entries and costs to the correct Office, no matter where the work happens.
