The Global User workflow is a purpose-built feature that gives you full control over finance and timesheet tracking when sharing users across offices.
Most of the setup happens once, upfront — handled by a Finance Manager — when two offices agree to collaborate.
That agreement is formalised via an Inter-Company Agreement, created in the Address Book.
Once that’s in place, Project Managers can invite users across offices to their projects, assign custom roles, and get on with the work.
The only ongoing admin?
Approving new phantom projects each time an alien user is added to a new project. Simple. Smart. Efficient.
