New User - Email Notification

When your Pronto User Account is created, you’ll receive a New User Email.

This email includes:

  • The login URL for your Pronto system
  • Your initial password

Once you receive it, your account is active and ready to use.

Didn’t get the email?

In some cases — like a bulk office migration — the system might create your account but skip the email. Or you may have deleted it by mistake.

No stress.

  • Try logging in using your SSO credentials (if your office uses SSO)
  • Or use the Reset Password option on the login screen
