Create Master Client in Pronto

A Master Client is a grouping tool used to link related Brands together.
It’s used purely for reporting and filtering — it doesn’t control access or permissions.

Only users with the ‘Manage Brands’ permission can create or manage Master Clients.

Steps to Create Master Client

  1. Go to Address Book
  2. Select the Master Client tab
  3. Click Create Master Client
  4. Enter the Name and any relevant details
  5. Click Save

Once created, you can assign Brands to this Master Client to enable roll-up reporting and simplified filtering across related projects.

Tips for creating a Master Client:
Once your Master Client is created, you can go back and edit any Brands that should be linked to it.

Changing the Master Client for a Brand has no impact on existing Projects.
It only affects how those Projects appear in roll-up reporting and Master Client filters.
